Bring your own wine or beer as classes includes assorted Italian foods (specialty cheese, Brooklyn bread, cured meats) to go with your BYOB. The first half of the class you will spend time enjoying your wine/beer & snacks while watching Chef Sal Lioni create the first batch of mozzarella. (with samples, obvi). The second half of the class will be hands on, and you will begin to form your own mozzarella to take home!
